Who we are. This site is run by JRMANE Systems LLC, a business in Huntsville, Alabama. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean JRMANE Systems LLC. The site offers a free AI interview that writes a plan for your business.

What we collect.

Voice audio, if you choose to talk to the AI.

A transcript of the conversation, whether you talk or type.

Your name and email: first name, last name and email address, which you enter to unlock your plan.

Business details you share, such as your industry, how you run things and what slows you down.

Payment details, only if you choose to pay the $149 deposit. Stripe handles the card; we do not see or store your full card number.

Device and usage basics, such as browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent and general location from your IP address.

Why we collect it.

To run the interview and write your personalized AI plan.

To show the plan on screen and email it to you as a PDF.

To let Jermain Manning follow up with you by email or phone about your plan.

To send one follow-up email a few days later.

To take a deposit if you choose to book help.

To keep the site working, secure and free of abuse, and to improve it.

Who helps us run the service. We use these service providers. They process your information for us, only to provide their part of the service:

ElevenLabs: voice conversation (speech to text and text to speech).

Anthropic (Claude): the AI conversation and plan writing.

Supabase: data storage.

Resend: sending email.

Stripe: payments.

Vercel: website hosting.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If the business is sold or merged, information may pass to the new owner under this policy.

We never sell your data. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it. We keep voice recordings for [X months] and transcripts, plans and contact details for [X months], unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer. Payment records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting.

Your choices.

Get a copy or delete your data: email contact@jrmanesystems.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will reply within [X days]. We may need to confirm it's you first.

Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.

Stop the interview: you can stop at any time. You can also type instead of talking.

Depending on where you live, some state laws, such as California's, may give you extra privacy rights. To use any right you may have, email us at the address above.

How we protect it. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is limited to people who need it to run the service. Our providers use their own security measures. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise your data will never be exposed. If a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children. This service is for adults running a business. It is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child used it, email us and we will delete the data.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for big changes, post a notice on the site or email you.
